§ 58-2. Applicability.

Unless otherwise provided, each provision of this chapter relating to Old Lyme waters shall apply from the mean high water mark out to: the west from the Lyme/Old Lyme border to the middle of the Connecticut River, southerly to Long Island Sound extending 1,000 feet into the sound and east to the middle of Four Mile River.
